Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned market business and product portfolio management;
  • Manage channel distribution, achieve/exceed growth and sales targets by successfully conducting business plan and market analysis, exploring new business opportunities to meet and /or exceed defined OKR target;
  • Identify/develop new distributors or sub distributors network (National/Regional Level); maintain strong relationship with all distributors;
  • Evaluate and provide trainings to distributors to develop potential distributors' capabilities to meet the standard;
  • Monitor retailer offtake performance and seek continuous improvement to drive sales growth and ensure rational stock inventory of distributors;


Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in Sales, Business Development.
  • Experience in Vape/ E-Cigarette industry would be highly preferred, or relevant industries e.g.: FMCG, Consumer Electronic, etc.
  • Local Distributors/ Wholesalers resources;
  • Willing to travel as per business needs.
