Role Summary

The BHCM and MHCM Coordinator is responsible for the overall management and administration of both the Bachelor of Health Care Management (BHCM) and Masters of Health Care Management (MHCM) programs at Central College. This role plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of both programs, providing guidance and support to students, and contributing to the academic success of the BHCM and MHCM programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Student Support:
  • Provide guidance and address student queries regarding the BHCM and MHCM programs and course content.
  • Prepare students for extracurricular activities as per the college calendar.
  • Inform parents/guardians about student performance, attendance, and any disciplinary issues (for both programs).
  • Curriculum and Faculty:
  • Coordinate with faculty members regarding class schedules and course delivery for both programs.
  • Assist in faculty selection and approval process (as required by College Management) for BHCM and MHCM programs.
  • Program Management:
  • Ensure faculty meet course requirements and university regulations for both BHCM and MHCM programs Oversee the quota fulfillment for both the BHCM and MHCM programs in each semester.
  • Manage and maintain student academic records (including grades and internship reports) for both programs.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Conduct grooming and soft skills training sessions for students in both programs.
  • Maintain a high standard of discipline within both the BHCM and MHCM programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth program operation for both programs.


Education Level and Experience Required

  • Master's degree in health care management required for BHCM and MHCM coordinator
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field (required)
