Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counselor at Admission Overseas located in Kathmandu. The Tele-counselor will be responsible for guiding and counseling international students throughout the admissions process. The day-to-day tasks include providing information about programs and schools, assessing student qualifications, assisting with application procedures, and offering support and guidance to ensure a smooth and successful enrollment experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
- Knowledge of international education systems and admissions processes
- Ability to provide accurate and relevant information to students
- Experience in customer service or student support roles
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
