Job Description

The Jr. Business Development Officer is responsible for generating leads, developing proposals and presentations, communicating with clients, and following up on potential sales opportunities. This role focuses on approaching local clients and corporate institutions to promote and sell MICE products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for MICE products through various channels, including online research, networking events, and referrals.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide information about MICE products.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and features of MICE products to potential clients.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Approach international as well as national clients and corporate institutions to promote and sell products.


Other Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Two-wheeler license holder is a must.
