**Job Overview:**

Learngaroo is seeking an Inbound and Outbound Call Representative to connect with our clients based in Australia. This role requires managing both incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, readiness to start immediately, and the necessary setup for efficient home-based work.

**Responsibilities:**

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and set appointments.

- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide detailed information about our educational products and services.

- Record all interactions accurately in our CRM system for performance tracking and compliance.

- Consistently meet personal and team key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Working Hours:**

- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Nepal Standard Time)

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and telephone systems.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Technical Requirements:**

- A laptop or desktop computer with up-to-date software.

- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
