Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced "Career Counselor" to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized guidance to students, helping them explore educational and career opportunities that align with their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to assess students’ academic and career interests.
• Provide information on educational programs, career paths, and job market trends.
• Assist students with university applications, resume writing, and interview preparation.
• Develop and facilitate workshops on career development topics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and educational resources.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Previous experience in career counseling or education consultancy is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of educational programs and career pathways.
