- Should have basic knowledge of IT Products and Equipment, Sales & Marketing, Product Promotion.
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Negotiate with clients
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Should possess a good attitude
- Generate and qualify leads
- Priority will be given to candidates with more than 1 year of experience.

- Experience operating a cash register
- Handles refunds, exchanges and returns
