ABSPL is a leading brokerage firm committed to providing top-notch financial services to our clients. We are looking to migrate our backend system to ERPNext and are looking for a skilled ERPNext Developer to join our dynamic team in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- ERPNext Implementation: Lead the migration of our existing backend system to ERPNext, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Customization and Development: Customize ERPNext modules to meet specific business requirements. Develop new modules and features as needed.
- Integration: Integrate ERPNext with other systems and third-party applications used by the company.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERPNext system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Data Migration: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to ERPNext, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using ERPNext.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integrations, and other development activities.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of the ERPNext system to ensure it meets the company's operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERPNext, including implementation, customization, and support.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with Frappe Framework.
- Strong understanding of ERPNext architecture and module functionalities.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration methodologies.
- Proficiency in MySQL or MariaDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services or brokerage industry.
- Certification in ERPNext.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Vue.js.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
