We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic C++ Trainer who can spend at least one hour per day in college to deliver engaging and effective training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C++ development, a passion for teaching, and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner. As a C++ Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training content, assessing student performance, and ensuring a high standard of education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive C++ training programs to students of varying skill levels.
- Create and update training materials, including slides, exercises, and assignments.
- Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions to ensure a well-rounded understanding of C++.
- Provide hands-on assistance and mentorship to students during lab sessions.
- Assess students' performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in C++ and incorporate them into the curriculum.
- Offer personalized support to students and address their queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience as a C++ developer for more than 2+ years.
- In-depth knowledge of C++ programming, including advanced concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with development tools, libraries, and frameworks related to C++.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
