About the Role:
Insight Technology Pvt. Ltd., a leading IT consulting and managed services provider, seeks a seasoned professional for the role of Senior Business Development Officer. You will be responsible for driving our business growth by spearheading strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies.
- Manage and expand a portfolio of clients and partners.
- Foster strong relationships with local resellers, integrators, and business partners.
- Cultivate and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Champion B2B ICT sales and services, consistently exceeding sales goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Oversee and mentor junior members of the Business Development team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the IT sector.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- In-depth understanding of IT services, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Strong experience in managing client relationships and building strategic partnerships.
- Data-driven decision-making and market analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
