Job Description
MAW Earthmovers, the sole distributor of JCB in Nepal is the No.1 market leader of the heavy equipment Industry in Nepal. We invite applications for the 'Manager-ERP' position for Head Office, Dhobighat in Nepal.
Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager-ERP at MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd., located in Kathmandu. The Manager-ERP will be responsible for managing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of the system throughout the organization. The role also involves analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights to senior management and working with external vendors to implement upgrades and customizations as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields
- Must have 5 plus years of experience in ERP implementation and management
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and associated modules, preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or BC & SAP ERP system
- Experience in data transfer, data management, system upgrade, data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience in the automobile or heavy equipment industry is a plus
- Experience in leading a team will be an added advantage
