1. Responsible for the development of secondary distributors (SD), relationship maintenance with customers (ND and SD), Executing and completing company's channel development plan and sales plan.
2. Responsible for the management of SD, such as: contract signing with SD, order/sells follow up, sell in/sell out/inventory monitoring and so on.
3. Responsible for the training to staff of the customers, to improve the promotion ability and skills of customer sales staff.
4. Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing local marketing activities, such as Pocket event, Small roadshows, etc.
5. Collect and feedback the information of Nepal market, industry, competitors, including but not limited to government/market policies, product price, promotion information, trend of product. Providing valuable information to company and offer insight/judgement based on work experience.
Job requirements
1, At least 2 years of sales experience, the candidate with consumer electronics, IT, security, smart phones industries experience is preferred.
2. The candidate must have the sales mind, and understand the needs/pain points of customers and effectively promote sales progress.
3、Fluent in spoken English and excellent in written English.
4、Proactive, strong learning ability
