Job Description
Position: Marketing and Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
> Present, promote and sell our services to existing and prospective customers.
> Show demo of our solutions in our experience center.
> Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with the consultants and customers.
> Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
> Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
> Aim to meet sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
> Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
> Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
> Keep track of new developments and trends in our field of expertise.
> Continuously improve through feedback.
Criteria:
>Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
> Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
> Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
> Should be always motivated towards one's responsibility and must be proactive in dealing with different situations. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
> Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
> Must be able to speak and write in English well.
> Preferably someone who owns a two-wheeler.
