Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and allocate budgets for each package, defining clear results to be achieved from the budget allocation.
- Regularly monitor and compare actual results with expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies into broader marketing and business plans.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure strategies remain unmatched.
- Ensure all campaigns are strategically aligned, delivering measurable results, and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the digital marketing team, including the content team and designer team.
- Set clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments, including content creation, design, and sales, to ensure seamless digital marketing efforts.
- Promote a culture of cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing within the digital marketing team.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
- Generate regular, insightful reports for senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimize future campaigns.
Budget Management:
- Effectively monitor and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
- Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies to ensure optimal budget utilization.
- Social media management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create and maintain a content calendar for social media posts.
- Track and report on social media metrics, including organic vs. paid reach, rapid fire reach vs. customer acquisition and conversion, and video reach vs. still image reach.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in a similar managerial role is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to optimize marketing strategies.
