Responsibilities:
- Develop, expand, communicated and maintain close relationships with new customers and stakeholders at international as well as local market to promote business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan, including annual, quarterly, and monthly targets, for strategic customers and partners, aligned with the overall sales budget.
- Generate leads from various sources, including digital mediums and social networks, and build a continuous opportunity pipeline to ensure a steady flow of generating new customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders and ensure customer success, addressing their needs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to understand the attractiveness and competitive position in target markets in US and Europe, assess customer preferences, and identify key competitors, utilizing this information to develop a strong value proposition in line with the global direction.
- Develop a commercial plan, business plan, business proposals, partnership agreements for both existing clients and new businesses, aligning it with the overall strategic direction of the company, and ensuring coordination and alignment across the entire team.
- Drive contract negotiations, promote contract signings, and oversee the implementation of procedures for signing contracts with customers, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Build and effectively manage a continuous opportunity pipeline, regularly reporting on its status and providing weekly updates on sales activities, while making necessary escalations when required.
- Attend international events, establish a strong PR network, and identify opportunities for growth and partnership to expand the company's reach and market presence.
- Work towards achieving the yearly targets, monthly targets, and quarterly targets as agreed upon with the direct manager, demonstrating a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
Job requirements:
- Excellent English Language with great storytelling, and presentation ability.
- Excellent at building relationships with the client and having profound knowledge of digital marketing activities.
- Excellent lead generation, SEO optimization, potential client crawling efficiency to generate new leads and close sales pipeline.
- Good problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct business and operate at several levels within an organization and in varied cultural and social settings.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
- Experience creating technical content, such as white papers or technical blog posts.
Qualification:
- Experience from 2+ years in IT Sales position or similar role, prefer IT outsourcing sales skills.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Good command of English, especially writing and speaking skills.
