Job Description
The Crowndite is seeking a dynamic and driven Salesperson to join our team. This role is essential to our growth strategy and involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to meet and exceed sales targets, effectively manage a pipeline of potential clients, and contribute to the overall success of our company. As a key member of The Crowndite, you will work closely with the leadership team to ensure our digital services reach a wider audience.
Responsibilities- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our web development, app development, and digital marketing services.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Conduct Sales Presentations and Demos: Present our services to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of choosing The Crowndite.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead negotiations with potential clients and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
- Track and Report Sales Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline status, forecasted revenue, and closed deals.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital services or technology sector.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate ideas.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
- Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, results-driven individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine interest in understanding and solving client needs.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of web development, app development, and digital marketing services.
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience with CRM tools to manage and track sales activities.
- Networking Skills: Strong ability to network and build professional relationships.
