Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
- Experience working with similar B2B software solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through effective product knowledge and customer relationship building.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Passion for technology and the ability to translate complex features into clear communication.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales cycle for existing Swivt products by understanding customer challenges and proposing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling product presentations and sales collateral.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sales opportunities and refine product messaging for target markets.
- Work closely with the engineering team to gain a deep understanding of product capabilities and technical specifications.
- Translate technical features into clear and impactful messaging for sales and marketing materials.
- Drive product adoption by managing product demos and customer training sessions.
- Analyze product sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and product evolution.
- Contribute to product roadmap discussions by highlighting customer needs and market trends.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Performance-based incentive of 10% of total sales generated along with monthly salary.
- Week off: Saturday and Sunday
