Role: Sales and Marketing Officer
Work: On-Site
Location: Tinkune, Kathmandu

Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing, events, and advertising activities.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and branding strategist.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitor activities.
Events:
- Plan and organize external training sessions for new features/product launches, onboarding new clients, or enhancing clients’ product knowledge.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Coordinate with the Support and Implementation, and Research & Development departments to stay up to date with product advancements.
- Deliver technical/demo presentations in sales meetings.
- Provide product-related training to the Sales team, equipping them with knowledge of updated product features.
- Research, plan, and execute strategies to reduce clients’ grievances and build up customer relationships.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant documents to the management team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct sales training sessions to improve the skills and performance of the Sales team.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products.
Requirement:
- Bachelors/Masters Completed (relevant experience may substitute for formal education).
- Must have minimum 2 years of applicable experience in related field.
- Having background of working in software industry.
- Having strong knowledge of sales and marketing which includes digital marketing as well.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS office software and marketing tools.
- Having experience in planning and organizing training related events/seminar.
- Tech-savvy and having knowledge or enthusiast about Office Automation Software Solutions.
