Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive at Kathmandu Organics. The role involves tasks such as market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities. The Junior Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote organic produce and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for social media, website, and other marketing channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or marketing (internships included).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
