We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Quality Support Officer. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction through proficient software service support, collaboration with development teams for enhancing software functionalities, and maintaining exemplary service standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in .NET technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a dedication to delivering superior customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and inquiries.
  • Conduct software user training and provide detailed user manuals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on issue resolutions and best practices.
  • Monitor application performance and collaborate with developers to suggest enhancements.
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications to preemptively identify potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements in all support activities.
  • Participate in refining support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve the efficiency of ticket management system.
  • Provide insights to the development team for future product enhancements.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to share knowledge and optimize support processes.
  • Maintain commitment to providing timely updates and resolutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support, specifically with .NET applications.
  • Mathematical skills for troubleshooting and data verification.
  • Ability to travel to clients’ premises as needed, with own bike/scooter and valid license.


Working Hours: 6 days a week (Tuesday off).
