Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Work Experience:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst, with expertise in designing and developing complex Power BI dashboards.
Other Requirements:
- Understanding of sales and marketing operations to align data analysis with business goals.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Power BI scripting and DAX development.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including creating complex dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Team-oriented, comfortable working cross-functionally.
Main Areas of Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to the needs of the Marketing and Sales departments.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Perform data analysis using DAX and Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability within Power BI data models.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Support end-users in utilizing Power BI reports and dashboards effectively, providing training and documentation as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Power BI and data visualization techniques.
- Support the Foresights & Insights Manager in creating clear business insights and proactively managing research requests by applying appropriate tools and methodologies.
