Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Create comprehensive social media plans tailored to each client's business goals, target audience, and brand voice.
  2. Design and implement social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  3. Produce high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and social media posts.
  4. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across all social media platforms.
  5. Write compelling and brand-aligned copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
  6. Engage with Audiences: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms to foster a positive community and manage customer relationships.
  7. Address any negative feedback or comments professionally and swiftly to protect and enhance the client’s online reputation.
  8. Track Performance Metrics: Use social media analytics tools to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
  9. Analyse data to understand what works and what doesn't, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  10. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and ad creation.
  11. Conduct A/B tests on social media ads and content to determine the most effective strategies.
  12. Client Communication: Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and any necessary adjustments to the strategy.
  13. Work closely with other departments such as SEO, content marketing, and graphic design to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
  14. Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  15. Monitor competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities and threats for clients.
  16. Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas to engage the audience.
  17. Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  18. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback.
  19. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  20. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Postly, Loomly), and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
