Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Associate at Ugratara Infosys located in Nepalganj. The Technical Support Associate will be responsible for providing customer support and troubleshooting for desktop computers. The role will require strong analytical skills and the ability to solve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Network and Infrastructure Management: Set up and maintain wireless access points, routers, and switches; oversee WAN, LAN, proxy, and security device maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Technical Leadership and Guidance: Mentor the team, develop strategies, and conduct training sessions.
• Technical Support and Maintenance: Provide hands-on support, troubleshoot network issues, and maintain documentation.
• Customer Support and Service: Provide customer support and manage maintenance schedules.
• Reporting and Documentation: Create reports and maintain clear documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and foster a learning culture.
