Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in promoting our School Management ERP solutions to educational institutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve the target.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing activities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence through website management and SEO strategies.

Qualifications:

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in the Management field with minimum 3+ years’ experience.
  • MBA completed with minimum 1 years’ experience
