Job Description
As an Assistant Team Leader for our Outbound Sales Web Campaign, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and team success. You will work closely with the Team Leader to lead and support a team of outbound sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborating with the Team Leader to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitoring team performance and providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
- Handling escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting in the recruitment, training, and development of new team members.
- Contributing to a positive and motivating work environment.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1.5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, specifically within website campaigns, preferably in a US and/or UK-based company.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
