Job Description
- Reach out to clients to follow up on overdue payments. Ensure collection targets are met.
- Use a strong, clear, and authoritative voice to communicate with clients regarding payment issues.
- Persuasively handle client conversations to resolve payment discrepancies and encourage prompt payment.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and payments received. Update the payment status in the accounts system.
- Report on payment collection status, issues encountered, and any patterns of non-compliance.
- Assist with other related administrative tasks in the accounts department as needed.
Job Specification
- Must demonstrate confidence and a proactive approach in handling payment recovery and client interactions.
- Effective communication skills with a strong, clear, and engaging voice.
- Ability to persuade clients and handle sensitive conversations regarding payments.
- Minimum of bachelor completed or currently pursuing.
- 17 years and above.
- Must not be planning to relocate abroad immediately. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
