Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning Manager located in Kathmandu, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Learning Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs. Day-to-day tasks include developing instructional materials, managing learning management systems, liaising with departments to identify training needs, and conducting workshops. The role also involves evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and providing continuous improvements.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems
  • Expertise in Training & Development and Instructional Design
  • Strong communication and instructional skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
