The Head – Projects Execution will be responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of all infrastructure and industrial projects under Hulas Infra. This role demands strategic leadership, strong technical expertise, and proven experience in delivering complex projects to international standards. The incumbent will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution while aligning project delivery with organizational goals and client expectations.

• Define and implement the overall project execution strategy across multiple industrial and infrastructure projects.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure delivery meets scope, quality, safety, and compliance standards.

• Lead end-to-end execution of Pre-Engineered Buildings, galvanizing projects, structural steel works, poles, and crash barriers.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and performance benchmarks.

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing project execution team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive training and development to upgrade technical and managerial competencies.

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintain transparent communication and provide timely project updates.
• Ensure seamless collaboration with procurement, finance, and operations.

• Guarantee compliance with statutory regulations, quality systems, and environmental standards.
• Drive a strong safety culture across project sites.
• Ensure robust project governance frameworks, documentation, and audit readiness.

• Introduce global best practices in execution methodologies and project monitoring.
• Implement ERP/SAP project modules and advanced planning tools (Primavera/MS Project).
• Lead initiatives in cost optimization, efficiency, and sustainability.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in project execution within steel, infrastructure, or large industrial projects, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in delivering multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of EPC/turnkey contracts, project management methodologies, and risk management.
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and global project management tools.
