Job Description
Sajilo Net, one of Nepal’s fastest-growing ISPs, is seeking a Store Operations & Logistics Manager to lead inventory, logistics, and supply chain operations with a strong focus on telecom/ISP equipment.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory of ISP equipment (routers, ONUs, switches, fiber, etc.).
- Oversee import/export procedures, customs clearance, and compliance with Nepali tax policies.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for receiving, testing, storing, dispatching, and recovering equipment.
- Implement and optimize store/inventory management software for real-time stock tracking.
- Ensure efficient logistics, vendor coordination, and timely service delivery to customers.
- Control costs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with ISP logistics frameworks.
- Lead and develop the store & logistics team to drive operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Telecommunications (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in store/logistics management, with 3+ years in leadership (ISP/Telecom preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Nepali customs, import/export, ISP logistics, and tax policies.
- Hands-on experience with store/inventory management systems (IMS/WMS/ERP).
- Skilled in vendor negotiation, cost optimization, and process improvement.
