This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to start a career in quality assurance. Prior professional experience isn’t required—just a strong willingness to grow and apply yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply QA fundamentals across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
  • Create and execute test cases, document results, and report defects with accuracy.

  • Participate in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) and contribute to QA discussions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with stakeholders and documenting feedback.
  • Track and verify bug fixes, ensuring issues are resolved before release.
  • Contribute to test summary reports and provide clear, actionable feedback.

  • Knowledge of bug tracking or test case management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
