Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SQL Database Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust database systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database performance, security, scalability, and availability. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and system administrators to optimize data flow and support business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases, queries, and procedures.
- Ensure database performance, security, and availability.
- Handle backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.
- Optimize queries and support application integration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field.
- Strong SQL skills (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
- Experience in performance tuning, backup & recovery.
- Knowledge of database security and cloud databases (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
