Role Description
Global Diary is seeking Regional Manager to drive business growth across provinces. This role involves direct engagement with local businesses and institutions to promote and onboard users to the Global Diary platform. The position requires managing outreach activities, maintaining accurate records, and meeting province-level sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses and institutions to introduce the Global Diary platform.
- Explain platform features and on-boarding process to potential users.
- Register and onboard businesses onto the platform.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sign-ups using company tools.
- Achieve assigned sales and outreach targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Collect user feedback and report to the central team.
- Represent Global Diary professionally and maintain positive relationships in the field.
- Report regularly to the Head, HR, and Founder on progress and challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of mobile applications, social media, and digital tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned provincial areas.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.
- Ability to manage and update records using Customer Relationship Management systems or equivalent tracking tools.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to client needs.
- Professional attitude and commitment to representing the company on the ground.
