Role Overview

The AI Engineer will play a key role in shaping the company's future by leveraging AI technologies to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies across the company. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise in AI and a passion for improving user experience, allowing the company to stay ahead in a competitive and fast-paced industry. This position requires collaboration across multiple teams, innovation, and the ability to turn complex problems into real-world AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI-based models, tools, and algorithms to improve customer products and services
  • Analyse customer behaviour, preferences, and trends to create AI-driven solutions that personalise and optimise the customer journey
  • Leverage AI to automate processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the efficiency of internal operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and interpret large datasets for actionable insights and AI applications
  • Identify opportunities for AI integration across various business functions, including customer service, finance, and feedback analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to ensure we are leveraging cutting-edge technology
  • Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in AI or machine learning roles
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modelling techniques
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, and computer vision (a plus)
  • Expertise in using AI to drive business outcomes, particularly in customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Ability to work with large datasets, data cleaning, and data preprocessing
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively and translate technical concepts into business impact
  • Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning
