About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our growing IT/Engineering services team. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Excellence
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations
- Maintain professional communication standards across all channels including phone, email, and written correspondence
- Support team members through effective organizational systems and clear communication protocols
Financial & Compliance Management
- Conduct thorough fiscal reviews, surveys, and gather critical information on administrative matters
- Take ownership of company-related regulatory tasks, including VAT status updates and other governmental compliance requirements
- Assist with budget planning and accounting activities to support financial transparency
- Provide regular updates to executives on day-to-day expenses and operational planning
Field Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Travel within Kathmandu Valley to meet with various personnel for management and operational coordination
- Serve as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders
- Represent the company professionally in all external interactions

Education & Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent command of both written and verbal communication in English and Nepali
Specialized Knowledge
- Sound understanding of Nepal's taxation systems, particularly as per Government Act 2058
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and compliance procedures
- Experience with governmental documentation and regulatory processes
