Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the President’s schedule, correspondence, and critical communications.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute business strategies to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and deliver persuasive pitches to clients and management.
- Oversee travel arrangements and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a business development, executive, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
