Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President’s schedule, correspondence, and critical communications.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and deliver persuasive pitches to clients and management.
  • Oversee travel arrangements and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development, executive, or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
