Requirements
- Possesses strong English proficiency (both written and spoken)to craft nuanced, well-targeted, and adversarial prompts.
- Has prior experience in Trust and Safety, with a solid understanding of risk areas, policy frameworks, and abuse categories.
- Is not primarily focused on annotation work, but instead brings strong analytical, creative, and evaluative skills rather than repetitive labeling accuracy.
- Is comfortable working with Gen AI tools, though advanced engineering expertise is not required.
