Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal skills in Nepali and English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
