Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manger is responsible for providing business partnering to business unit on a range of recruitment policies, programs and managing a team of recruiters.


Key Responsibilities


  • Working with Line Management to build and implement recruitment solutions in line with business needs.
  • Providing recommendations and solutions covering specific areas of recruitment, including organizational resourcing needs analysis, recruitment market trends analysis, candidate selection, analysis of recruitment metrics, and recruitment services.
  • Providing interpretation to Line Management regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices. • Researching issues and developing recruitment solutions to resolve business issues.
  • Developing and implementing new recruitment practices and programs to meet organizational and Line Management needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from sourcing through to onboarding.
  • Support the Group Talent Acquisition Team in China and Australia with the improvement of practices for the portfolio.
  • Closely collaborate with the Senior Leaders, Department Heads, Hiring Managers, HR Managers and HR Business Partners to align recruitment strategies with current and future workforce needs.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring leaders to support effective talent planning and delivery.
  • Develop inclusive hiring campaigns and strategies to attract, engage, and retain diverse talent. • Continuously review and improve recruitment tools, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and impact.
  • Using proactive sourcing techniques to identify candidates. • Promoting the organization’s employer brand.
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines.
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records in compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations and organizational policies throughout recruitment activities.


Essential


  • Fluent in English as a native English speaker.
  • Significant 4+ years of experience in a similar role as in-house Talent Acquisition Manger, Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in recruitment agency within financial service, real estate or property industries • Strong consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills preferred.
  • Strong interviewing and role analysis skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices.
  • Business knowledge and understanding.
  • Relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written & communication skills and highly service orientated.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and practices.
  • Business partnering capability.
  • A high degree of flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
