About the Role:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Odoo Developer with 3+ years of professional experience in Odoo development. The role involves designing, customizing, and implementing Odoo modules to meet business requirements, along with maintaining and optimizing existing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules and features.
- Configure, administer, and deploy Odoo environments.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using REST API and web services.
- Create and customize reports using XML and QWeb templates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo modules for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to end-users.
- Stay updated with Odoo advancements and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (Odoo 11 or later).
- Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of Odoo framework and OOP concepts.
- Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
- Knowledge of REST API and system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with full Odoo lifecycle: installation, configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Understanding of ERP business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
