Job Title: Software Developer (Laravel & Python) – AI-Driven MVP Development

Location: Lalitpur, Nepal (On-site / Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time. Evening Shift.

We are currently embarking on an AI-driven MVP development project and are looking for a Software Developerproficient in Laravel and Python (with stronger expertise in Laravel) who can build scalable, custom applications from scratch—not just CMS or pre-packaged eCommerce solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain custom web applications using Laravel as the primary backend framework, complemented by Python for AI/ML integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and UI/UX designers to define application architecture and deliver functional prototypes quickly.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices in software development.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and AI models into application workflows.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel (3+ years preferred) for custom application development.
• Solid programming skills in Python, with experience integrating Python-based AI/ML components into applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and working knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile development practices.

What We’re Not Looking For:

• Developers who have worked only on CMS-driven or purely eCommerce platforms without exposure to custom application logic.
• Someone limited to plugin-based or template-based development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
