Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for an Assistant Manager Front Office. The Assistant Manager Front Office will oversee daily front office operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing front office staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining an efficient administrative workflow. The Assistant Manager will also monitor room availability, reservations, and special requests.
Qualifications
- Office Administration and Front Office management skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel / Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in IDS Property Management System
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
