About the role
As a Technical Support Lead at Nest Nepal Business Solutions, you'll contribute significantly to ensuring seamless service delivery, guiding the support team, resolving complex client issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through technical expertise and leadership.
Job roles and responsibilities:
◼️ Provide first and second-level technical support to clients via chat, email, and call.
◼️ Manage cPanel/WHM accounts, DNS, email issues, and SSL installations
◼️ Troubleshoot issues related to hosting, domains, and performance.
◼️ Manage Cloudflare configurations.
◼️ Document system changes, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
◼️ Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., WHMCS)
◼️ Excellent leadership, team coordination, and customer communication skills.
◼️ Ability to handle high-pressure incidents and prioritize tasks effectively.
◼️ Train and mentor support staff on cPanel, WHM, CloudLinux, PHP configurations, and security best practices.
Other Requirements
- Education: Bachelors passed in IT
- On- Site from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Fluent in Nepali and English
- Basic computer knowledge, including domain and hosting usage
- Two wheeler with valid driving license
- Probation : 3 months
- Salary: Negotiable
