Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, providing top-notch customer service, and ensuring an overall pleasant experience for guests. Daily tasks include addressing guest needs, coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest requests, processing check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a welcoming environment in the hotel. The associate will also resolve any guest issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Guest Services and Guest Service experience
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations management
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hotel Management is a plus
