Role Description

This full-time role for a Customer Service Officer (Night Shift) requires on-site presence in Kathmandu. The Customer Service Officer will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Other tasks include providing support to customers and enhancing the overall customer experience during night hours.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
  • Ability to manage and improve Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations calmly
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
