 About the Role


We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant – Loan & Recovery to to handle loan, follow-ups, collections, and client coordination within Kathmandu Valley. The role requires field visits for follow-ups and coordination with clients, making a valid two-wheeler driving license mandatory. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in loan and recovery operations. Key Responsibilities Loan Support:

● Assist clients in the loan application process, including document collection and verification.

● Conduct field visits to clients and showrooms for document verification and loan-related activities

● Coordinate with internal teams to process loan requests efficiently.

● Maintain updated records of loan accounts and client communications.

● Respond to client inquiries regarding loan terms, payments, and procedures.

● Prepare and submit reports on loan processing status, client follow-ups, and field activities. Recovery Support:

● Monitor overdue loan accounts and follow up with clients for repayment.

● Conduct field visits, calls, and written communications to ensure recovery of outstanding amounts

● Prepare regular reports on loan disbursements and recovery progress for management.

● Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in loan and recovery processes. Requirements & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

● 1 year of experience in loan, recovery, or customer service is preferred. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

● Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.


● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

● Ability to work independently and handle field visits efficiently.
