Job Description:- Provide accurate and up-to-date counseling to students for study opportunities in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and European countries.
- Guide students through the entire admission and visa application process, including university selection, documentation, and SOP guidance.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, education systems, and visa requirements for the respective countries.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and institutional visits to promote counseling services.
- Maintain proper records of student profiles and follow-up communication in CRM or internal systems.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets as set by the organization.
Compensation: Attractive Salary + Incentives + Lunch Provided by Office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven counseling experience in international education (preferably handling multiple destinations).
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of study visa processes and admission procedures for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a student-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred: Experience working with international university partners or education consultancies.
