Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Operations Manager to lead our marketing operations team. This role combines client service excellence, campaign performance oversight, and internal team leadership. You will ensure client satisfaction, streamline processes, and drive the execution of high-quality digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end digital marketing operations, ensuring timely and quality delivery of client projects.
Act as the main point of contact for clients — building strong relationships, understanding needs, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Lead, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team to meet performance targets and deadlines.
Coordinate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and present actionable insights to clients.
Optimize internal workflows and processes for improved efficiency.
Handle escalations and proactively resolve client concerns.
Stay updated with industry trends, platforms, and tools to bring innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
4+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, account management, or client servicing.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and client relationships.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting.
