*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
*Experience: 2 years of experience as Marketing Executive or any relevant position in Concrete company or any relevant field.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
* Lead end-to-end marketing planning and execution (online + offline)
* Conceptualize and drive campaigns to increase sales, brand equity, and digital visibility
* Develop brand positioning, campaign narratives, and creative direction for all touch points
* Align marketing initiatives with sales targets and company vision
Digital Marketing Management
* Manage and coordinate digital campaigns across all platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Website
* Work with agencies to develop high-converting creative and performance-focused ads
• Ensure continuous optimization of digital campaigns through analytics and testing
• Use ChatGPT, Canva, and other AI tools to accelerate content creation and productivity
Website & SEO Management
• Oversee the improvements, maintenance and performance.
* Ensure top-ranking SEO performance on key search terms in Nepal and India
* Coordinate content updates, landing pages, and UI/UX improvements
Creatives & POSM/TPOSM Development
• Ideate and manage all marketing creative (print, digital, physical installations)
* Lead the design and execution of POSMs/TPOSMs for all site branding
• Ensure alignment of all marketing materials with brand guidelines
Coordination & Execution
* Be the bridge between marketing/design/PR agencies
* Ensure timely delivery, clear briefs, and outcome-focused communication with all partners
* Source and manage digital assets, shoot materials, 3D renders, and visuals
Budgeting & Reporting
• Create and manage monthly and quarterly marketing budgets
* Monitor ROI on marketing spends and adjusts strategy as needed
* Maintain detailed reports and dashboards on campaign performance, sales leads, and KPIs
Communication & Representation
* Represent the brand’s vision and voice in all marketing and PR conversations
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to uphold ACL’s brand values • Assist in B2B, B2G, B2C presentations and event marketing
Key Requirements:
Proficient in:
* Social Media Management
* SEO/SEM (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
* Email Marketing (Mailchimp/Sendinblue)
* Google Analytics/Search Console
* WordPress/other CMS
* Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic design)
Soft Skills
* Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Tech-savvy and AI-enabled thinker
* Problem solver and performance-driven mindset
Other Requirements
• Own bike/scooter and laptop is mandatory
* Must be willing to travel occasionally to sites across Nepal and/or India
