Position Overview:
We’re looking for an Australia Admission Officer to support our growing number of Australia-bound applicants. This role involves handling applications, guiding students through documentation, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring a smooth admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support (Australia-focused):
- Assist students with university and college applications in Australia.
- Review and verify required documents including academic transcripts, financials, and Statement of Purpose (SOP).
- Ensure application accuracy and meet institution-specific guidelines.
- Guide students in interview preparation for institutions or visa requirements.
- Handle visa process documentation including GS, financials, and other supporting documents.
- Support and manage the visa lodgement process to ensure timely and successful submissions.
Communication & Client Handling:
- Maintain timely communication with students, institutions, and stakeholders.
- Follow up on application progress and coordinate offers, COEs, and next steps.
- Address student and parent queries with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (running or completed)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Australia admissions or student counseling
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of Australia’s education and student visa process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email communication
- Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
