Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for an Information Technology Training Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for organizing and conducting IT training sessions, developing training materials and programs, and assessing the training needs of the organization. Other responsibilities include maintaining IT training records, improving existing training programs, and ensuring employees are adequately trained in the latest IT practices and technologies.

- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Human Resources, or related field preferred
